目前，我國高精鋁材深加工主要面臨鋁材合金狀態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)、應(yīng)用產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、加工裝備智能化設(shè)計(jì)等方面的問題，即上、下游信息不對(duì)稱、缺乏專業(yè)技術(shù)，導(dǎo)致深加工產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)不盡合理，生產(chǎn)效率低、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用缺乏競(jìng)爭力等諸多問題。以及與國外設(shè)計(jì)理念差距大及研制應(yīng)用一體化發(fā)展不完善等方面的問題。

鋁合金輕量化應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，目前大家都在講輕量化，雖然鋁材‘輕量化’發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?，但任面臨價(jià)格偏貴，缺乏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)水平有待提升。******政策方面的鼓勵(lì)支持，拿出真正的促進(jìn)輕量化發(fā)展的措施實(shí)現(xiàn)鋁加工企業(yè)、裝備制造企業(yè)、應(yīng)用企業(yè)、高校、科研院所各方面聯(lián)動(dòng)，加強(qiáng)信息和需求交流，對(duì)鋁合金輕量化將起到非常重要的作用。
